If you do not name one, we put Ubuntu LTS and GNOME on the disk, because that is the stack most people can live with on day one. We take the factory Windows image off. We write a current official ISO, not a spin we invented. Drivers go on. Codecs go on. Then an engineer walks the hardware: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, webcam, speakers, the ports you will actually use. If a radio fails, the laptop does not leave the bench. That is not a slogan. That is how the shop is built. You get a Linux engineer’s number, not a ticket queue with a script. Lifetime support for the life of the machine is part of the sale.

We keep 25+ distros on the bench, not a single locked image we would rather you ran. Ubuntu LTS is the default and the honest recommendation if you do not already have a favorite. Installing Linux does not void that coverage. We do not dress our own repair desk up as an OEM warranty.
