I just recently purchased this laptop, and although I haven't used it much, it seems to be a good computer.
However, I took it in to Best Buy and had Linux removed and replaced with Windows 10. Even one of the techs there said he didn't like to use Linux because of the commands, which was what I was having trouble with. Very exasperating for me, and I thought I knew my way around a computer.
But that was Windows, not Linux. Unless you know DOS, I'd say go to Best Buy and get the computer with Windows 10. They've supposedly fixed all those "bugs," and Dell is definitely a top-notch computer.
Oh, and so far as tech support at this site is concerned, don't expect your emails to be answered, or the phone, not even if you leave your name and number. Even with a book, I was needing advice, and didn't get it. Just so you know.Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]
